The term BARISTA is so commonly used, its true meaning is largely misunderstood. A BARISTA is a master coffee maker whose craft can be described as a skilled art form.
This independent school, of New Zealand origin, is dedicated to BARISTA training that leads students on to positive and rewarding careers in the coffee industry and gives them the personal satisfaction of being able to create that elusive "perfect cup".
All too often people are disappointed with the quality of the coffees that they buy or produce themselves at home or at the office. Statistics show that more people are drinking more coffee and naturally their expectations are higher.

The Espresso Coffee School gives professional training in Espresso coffee making and our courses are run by multi-skilled professional tutors sharing an attitude of passion for excellence. Classes are small and a course runs through a Saturday and Sunday with a follow-up personalised session if necessary. We are top operators in our field so our students learn from the best.
